Today, PULP is launching a guide explaining what Informal Hearings and Reviews are when it comes to the utility-related complaint and inquiry process before the Department of Public Service. PULP regularly is asked what Informal Hearings and Reviews are, how customers can prepare for them, as well as what to expect when they're working through the process. We hope that this information will help the public better understand this potential step in the utility inquiry and complaint process.
