WOW.

As we reflect on our Juneteenth Fathers on Fire Celebration, our hearts are full.

What started as a vision to honor, encourage, and empower fathers turned into something truly special. Nearly 400 families joined us as we celebrated fatherhood, family, community, and legacy.

We watched dads laugh with their children, connect with one another, receive resources, win prizes, and most importantly, be seen, appreciated, and celebrated.

Too often we hear about what is wrong in our communities. This event reminded us of what is right.

Strong fathers.

Engaged fathers.

Present fathers.

Loving fathers.

Fathers who are doing their best every day to show up for their children.

We witnessed men building relationships, asking questions, sharing experiences, and taking steps toward becoming even stronger leaders in their homes and communities.

To every father who attended, thank you.

To every volunteer, donor, sponsor, resource partner, and supporter, thank you.

To every family that trusted us with a few hours of your day, thank you.

This is why we do what we do.

Because when we strengthen fathers, we strengthen families.

When we strengthen families, we strengthen communities.

When we strengthen communities, we build a legacy that lasts for generations.

The turnout exceeded anything we imagined. Nearly 400 families showed up to celebrate, connect, learn, and grow together.
