Job of the Week: Maintenance Technician

In this role, you will:
• Perform routine maintenance, including painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Manage work orders using our CMMS system
• Assist with Section 8, building code, and regulatory inspections
• Maintain organized, safe, and secure work and storage areas
• Identify and address safety hazards to keep our properties safe for those we serve
