The Eden's Rose Foundation extends our sincere gratitude to The Radix Center and ITECA for partnering with us to plant 50 trees while providing an invaluable learning experience for our youth interns.

Through this partnership, Raddix and ITECA taught our interns the proper techniques for planting trees and how to care for them so they can thrive for generations to come. It was also a rewarding day as we composted approximately 30 wheelbarrows of organic material and planted several fruit trees throughout the Westhill community.

This partnership is a wonderful example of what can be accomplished when organizations come together to invest in both people and the environment. Thank you, Raddix and ITECA, for your commitment to sustainability and for empowering our youth with knowledge and hands-on experience.

Together, we're growing more than trees we're growing hope for a greener, healthier future.

Our youth enjoyed a wonderful activity with Lulu from Luseedlus Lu, learning about the beautiful prayer plant and how to care for it indoors. They learned about proper watering, lighting, patience, and the responsibility of helping a living thing grow.

Caring for plants can also provide youth with a peaceful and positive activity that reduces stress, encourages patience, and creates a safe space to express themselves. When young people have opportunities to learn, connect, and care for something meaningful, they are less likely to become involved in violence.

Every plant cared for, every healthy connection made, and every positive skill learned helps us grow a safer community and prevent bullying, violence, and gun violence. 💚

Thank you, Lulu, for sharing this special experience with our youth!
