Chapter President Sean Maguire (L) joined students from the University at Albany’s Master of Regional Planning program and their instructor, Kate Maynard, to hear about the Planning Studio’s project in the City of Watervliet. The students focused on a commercial area of the city and opportunities that aligned with what the community identified as its priorities in the time to come.
