We're hosting a free virtual Homebuyer Information Session on August 25. Bring your questions, and we'll walk through the essentials:

✅ How can you start preparing today?
✅ When do applications open?

Everyone who attends gets added to our notification list, so you'll hear about the next application window before anyone else.

Join the community for free hot dogs, ice cream, and live music at the Sheridan Hollow Neighborhood Night Out on Monday.

Sheridan Hollow Neighborhood Association is hosting the event and four community partners are pitching in: Albany Community Land Trust, Affordable Housing Partnership, Capital Region Clean Energy Hub, and Revelation Church of God.

Bring the whole family for kids' games, a DJ, bike repairs, free school supplies, and resource tables to round out the evening. It's free, and everyone's welcome.
