Special thanks to Maddie the owner & operator of Pawfections Boarding & Grooming of Libertyville, IA!! She did a great job on Zac! Zac is going to Alabama to help a farmer with his family's cattle operation. Zac even has some task training skills such as retrieving items & going for help if needed. Our stock dog trainer, Donald Mckay has done a great job of getting him trained and ready to go to Alabama. Zac had a great start with Liz West as a pup as well. We appreciate them!

Thanks again Maddie for making Zac look so handsome! Be sure and check out Pawfections Boarding & Grooming of Libertyville, IA. She does some grooming in Fairfield, IA as well. We appreciate people like Maddie that help our program in some way! Pawfections is open Monday- Friday from 8:00-4:00 and Saturday & Sunday from 8:00-9:00 & 6:00-7:00.

PHARM Dog USA is very proud of this placement in Georgia. We're proud of Skippy's owners as well as they continue their farming traditions but also trying new ventures as well and succeeding at both. They have overcome a major health crisis in their family but it's hard to keep a good man down and they continue to move forward doing what they love to do.

Laura Adams shared this on her page:
HomeGrown Augusta Locally Grown Coastal Acres LLC farm tour on Oct 9, 2026...Skippy and Dolph even got involved.

Our great puppy raiser/trainer Liz West shared this post on her page. See her message below.Jim is in good hands with her though for sure! Liz has been very helpful to our PHARM Dog USA Organization. Always reliable and truly cares about all the dogs. The kind of person you want on your team! Jim still has the potential to be a future PHARM Dog candidate when he is all healed up and ready to begin his training with our trainer in Iowa, Donald Mckay. These are 2 great people that help PHARM Dog USA move forward on helping more farmers and dogs and I'm grateful to know them both!

From Liz:
So last week I had a first.... Jim came in a little too hot in a game of tag with the other kids and cut a corner a little short and caught a hitch pin to the leg. It broke completely through and required a plate and a bunch of screws. The wonderful surgeons at Crain Veterinary are predicting a full recovery! I'm sure P.H.A.R.M. Dog USA wouldn't turn down any donations toward his recovery ☺️

PERFECT SUNDAYS is a TV series I'd like to share some information about and I hope you'll take some time to check it out. You will see a special code at the end.

My husband and I live on a working farm and with PHARM Dog USA I work with many farm families and see some of the hardships that come about from living in a rural area. Samuel Goldberg and his team have put alot of time and energy into the series, Perfect Sundays. They work hard to bring awareness about agricultural related stories to the forefront.

Farming and ranching is difficult, as many of us know, and with these difficulties can come depression and feelings of sadness and doubt. Rural mental health is not always an easy topic to discuss especially with today's hard economic times but this TV series approaches it in a way that might make that topic easier to discuss.

Perfect Sundays shares a story of a family that learns to deal with loss but also how to overcome and learn to live again and try new ideas on their farm to bring some light and hope back into their farming operation after the loss of a loved one. This series isn't just for people living in rural areas though as the topic of mental health affects so many people no matter where you live. There are opportunities to have community screenings of this series and the information below will tell you more:

As of TODAY, September 1st, Perfect Sundays is available for Community Screenings and Streaming from Home.
