๐ Dance classes are back at the AAAC! Join us and instructor Autumn Cockrell for a new series Salsa: Movement, Music, and Connection. Honoring Michelle Oaks Maddox, our late dance instructor, this program aims to create a lively and welcoming, senior-accessible salsa class that invites participants to engage with dance as both a creative practice and a shared cultural experience. Designed for all experience levels, the class introduces foundational salsa steps at a comfortable pace while encouraging personal expression, musicality, and connection through movement.
