MedMobs are meeting at various places throughout the city coordinated with cities around the world. Just THINKING about the Facebook prompt "What is on your mind?". Even they know that there is soooooooo much junk collecting in there you have to dump it someplace. They are counting on it, in fact. What would Facebook be like if our minds were calm and serene? I wonder. And now I am gonna turn off the computer and sit :P

Since we haven't found another local BeThePeace event to link up with, we are going to meditate this Friday at 6pm at John Boyd Thatcher State Park for our part of the Global BeThePeace movement. Meet a few minutes before 6p at the Overlook to set up, bring a cushion or blanket and dress for the weather for our public meditation. Looking forward to sitting with you all!

BeThePeace is ONE WEEK away! What an exciting time to be alive! Now is the time for us to fully BE the peace! Every day during our countdown we will have a call to action. Today's action step is to find a local hub site near you, and if there isn't already one, to create one yourself. It can be as small or as large as you want. Even a few people gathered together in meditation will have an impact!
