💡 This Giving Tuesday, Empower Local Leaders and Transform Communities 💡

As Giving Tuesday approaches on December 3, 2024, we are reaching out to invite you to join in supporting an incredible organization, The Rensselaerville Institute (TRI), which has been changing lives and strengthening communities for over 50 years.

TRI’s Community Sparkplugs program provides critical support and training to local leaders who are tackling some of the most pressing issues facing underserved communities across the U.S. from Appalachia to Louisiana, from the Florida panhandle to Hawaii. These leaders are inspiring real change, one project at a time.
For just $3,000, TRI trains leaders like Sherry Bradley (Executive Director of the Black Belt Unincorporated Wastewater Project) and Tanya Simmons, who built an outdoor learning center for her child's school, giving children a safe, engaging space to learn and grow.In Atlanta, a volunteer-driven project helped 130 children read more, 167 gain carpentry skills, and collected over 3,000 donated books with an ROI of 10x the $3,000 investment!

The Rensselaerville Institute, School Turnaround, just completed our Assessment and Learning Conference attended by principals and school teams from Hawaii. We measure our success by takeaways shared by attending principals and the results they get using our 6 strategies. More than 70% of our schools hit school targets in their first year working with us.
