Early exposures to toxic chemicals can be detrimental to childhood development. We work to remove toxics from our everyday lives so all children have the chance to thrive to their fullest potential.

This can happen when we work together. Right now Governor Kathy Hochul has a chance to remove toxic chemicals from playgrounds and require testing result disclosure for heavy metals in baby food and infant formula. Infant formula manufacturers must be transparent about what is in their products. Parents & caregivers need assurance that the food they buy for their littles ones is safe.

Governor Kathy Hochul as NY's first mom Governor, you understand the importance of signing this bill.

The Baby Food & Infant Formula bill ensures result transparency of tests for toxics that manufacturers already perform. It's time that this information is made available to the public so that caregivers know what they're feeding to their babies.
