Community Loan Fund of the Capital Region The Community Loan Fund of the Capital Region is a nonprofit financial institution, serving eleven counties in the Capital Region.

The Community Loan Fund provides training, technical assistance, funding, & space for black-owned businesses We pool capital from socially concerned investors and re-lend it to nonprofits for community development, to small businesses and micro-entrepreneurs for start-up and expansion, and to individuals for home ownership and repair.
