✨ What a year it’s been! Wrapping up our 2025-2026 League Year with full hearts and so much to celebrate. 🎉

This year, our members showed up in the biggest ways:
💪 400+ volunteer hours served across our community 💰 $18,500+ raised through fundraisers like Touch-A-Truck and Giving Day 🏘️ $10,500+ reinvested back into the community through projects, sponsorships & scholarships 🌟 10 new members welcomed into the League 👏 7 members celebrated as new Sustainers ❤️ Our Sustainers raised $1,200+ towards our Rockwell Scholarship Fund!

From building beds to packing food boxes, arranging fall florals to cheering each other on — every moment reminded us why we do this work together.

✨ Community is at the heart of everything we do! ✨

Last month, we had the incredible privilege of hosting some of our amazing community partners to talk about the vital work their organizations do.

While we spend most of our time side-by-side with these incredible folks delivering hands-on services to those in need, it was nice to step back, learn about their personal journeys, and hear the “why” behind how they do what they do.

Every year at our annual May Dinner, the Junior League of Albany is proud to announce the winner of our Rockwell Scholarship. This award has a rich history of honoring the legacy of the late Marjorie Doyle Rockwell by supporting young women who demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to volunteerism and community service.

We are thrilled to announce Natalie Krisanda from Columbia High School as our 2026 Rockwell Scholarship recipient! 🏆

Natalie’s dedication to serving women and children in the Capital District truly embodies the spirit of this scholarship. Congratulations, Natalie—we are so proud to support your future and can’t wait to see the impact you continue to make! ✨📚

On Tuesday, May 12th, the Junior League of Albany gathered for our final meeting to celebrate a year of hard work, community impact, and incredible friendships. We are so proud of everything we’ve accomplished together! 🥂
