Happy Heavenly Birthday to our beloved Federated Sister, Mother, and Friend, **Jeanette Garland**. 💜

Today, we honor your life, your love, your service, and the lasting impact you made upon our Federation and all who were blessed to know you. Though you are no longer with us in person, your spirit and your works continue through the lives you touched and through the ongoing service of our club.

May your legacy continue to inspire us as we carry forward the work you held dear.

**Forever remembered. Forever cherished. Forever a Federated Sister.**

Healthier HER
May is recognized as Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to highlight the importance of emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Within the African American community, conversations surrounding mental health have often been impacted by stigma, cultural expectations, and barriers to care. Yet, seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.

The National Association of Colored Women’s Clubs, Inc., encourages our members and communities to prioritize mental wellness through open dialogue, self-care, faith, connection, and access to resources. As we continue Embracing Evolution to Shape Our Legacy: It’s All About H.E.R. (Harnessing Excellence and Resilience), our Healthier HER initiative reminds us that caring for our minds is just as important as caring for our bodies.

Together, let us continue Lifting As We Climb by supporting one another, extending grace, and creating safe spaces for healing and hope.
