Criterion Club of Albany welcomed Congressman Sanford Bishop and his staff at our October business meeting. The Congressman discussed the project 2025, which appears to be the blueprint for the current administration and he discussed the state of affairs of our government. One key message he delivered was the importance of taking the time to explain to the younger population why it is important to register and vote and our responsibility to communicate how project 2025 is effecting healthcare, education and social security benefits. We also need to pay attention to strategies that will allow people into our community financed by project 2025 who distort the intent of the project and how it negatively impacts our present and future lives. A very successful and enlightening event.
