People love blaming vegans for soy, but most soy grown worldwide is actually fed to farmed animals, not humans. 🌱

Animal agriculture is one of the biggest drivers of deforestation, especially in places like the Amazon. Going vegan helps reduce the demand for massive amounts of land, feed crops, and environmental destruction.

The truth is, eating animals requires far more soy, water, and land than eating plants directly.
