In light of Times Union reporting which indicates that rehabilitating the Central Warehouse will now cost upwards of $132 million, I suggest that maybe you owe the public a column on what demolition would entail.

Because I’m thinking it wouldn’t entail $132,000,000… and it’s probably an approach you’re not journalistically entitled to continue dismissing.
