Woodson has the most stunning eyes you’ve ever seen — the kind that look right into your soul. He’s calm, affectionate, and absolutely loves leaning into hugs. One of his favorite things is resting his head in your lap and softly staring into your eyes like he’s just grateful to be loved.

When Woodson first came to us, he was in rough shape with a severe skin condition. Watching him heal and come back to life has been incredible. His transformation is beautiful, and he deserves a family who sees him for more than just his “before” photos.

The hard part about rescue is this: dogs like Woodson get thousands of views and so much sympathy when they’re sick, injured, or broken down. But once they heal… once they’re healthy and ready for forever… people move on.

Woodson didn’t survive all of that just to spend his life waiting in rescue.

He deserves a couch. A person. A home. Someone who sees how special he truly is.

He can get a little nippy when excited, so he would do best in a home with older kids who understand boundaries and dog behavior.

Who wants a fluffy bulldog?!

UP FOR ADOPTION! “Fozzy” is a 3 year old pure-bred mammoth bulldog. He is AMAZING. So super sweet and loving. We haven’t tested him with dogs yet because he just finished heartworm treatment and obedience training for the last few months. But he is back and ready for forever.

He is fully vetted, very unique and sure to turn heads. Older kids preferred as he is rambunctious and playful. He is around 50 pounds but pure muscle and strong.

Sally has been waiting 400+ days here at jlo's for her forever people.😔

UP FOR ADOPTION!

Remember Scooter? He lived here at j’lo’s for quite a while, and left the rescue for a foster home a few months back.

His foster family is unable to adopt him because his doggie foster sissy has voiced that she would prefer to be an only child.😅

SCOOTER is a six year old male plot hound mix. Great with other dogs, cats, and kids. Crate and HOUSETRAINED! He is super chunk and very sweet. Low energy and laid back. 🥰

His adoption fee is WAIVED to his forever home.
