There seems to be a lot of confusion about our payouts - so let me see if I can clear up some of the confusion…

Yes - the checks have been mailed - however due to some huge issues with the show placing and incorrectly recording the different places in 4 different species and the challenges with trying to research and recreate the results across various species the decision was ultimately made to only pay the Grand Drive and Supreme Drive in each show - so if you didn’t place in the top 5 of any of drives you will not be getting a check.

That being said - we still don’t have all the placings correct even in all grand drives - so we have been working diligently to correct the situation to the best of our ability. Which has caused some of the checks to be delayed because we were still trying to get correct information so we could even get a payment out. If you feel like you placed in the top 5 in one of the drives in one of the shows - and you haven’t yet or don’t receive a check on the next 10 days then by all means please contact us and we will attempt to correct the mistake. Most of the problems were in the goat and cattle shows - we had 100% of the hog show and and somewhere around 85-90% of the sheep show.

To clarify again… nobody who did not place in the top 5 of either the grand or supreme drives in either show A, B or C will have a check coming - I know that is not what you wanted to hear but that’s the decision that’s been made.

FYI - We worked late into yesterday evening and are finalizing the payouts and the breakdown of class placings today and checks and banners will be mailed on Monday.

Buckles still haven’t arrived - once they do they will be sent out as soon as possible.

Jake accepts full responsibility for the delay in getting this matter handled and is sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused exhibitors.

We are finally coming up for air after a long weekend!! We really enjoyed putting on the show… we hope you enjoyed coming to it!!
