Last night we celebrated Mengis Debessay as our 206 Section 11 Transportation Professional of the Year (TPOY). TPOYs are nominated and selected based on their professional career, NYSATE contributions and volunteerism. Mengis embodies all of these qualities and we’re proud and pleased to announce that he’s also made the Top 3 TPOYs amongst all of the Sections and has a chance to become the Statewide TPOY in addition to his Section 11 title.
Congratulations Mengis, and thank you for all you do!
