Services Provided Include:
Early Childhood Intervention – Provides early intervention and therapeutic services to infants and toddlers who have, or are at risk for, developmental delays. Early intervention provides activities and strategies families use to promote their child's development throughout the day. Early intervention can make a lifetime of difference! Child Care and Development Program
– Accredited through the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation Commission - Provides high quality care, education and nutrition services for children from six weeks to five years of age. Adult Services – Provides programs to support adults with developmental disabilities. Programs include:
* Supported Employment Services – Provides supports to help adult individuals with developmental disabilities find and retain employment of their choice in the community.
* Community Access Services – Promotes the development of valued social relationships and builds connections with non-disabled community members who share common interests, preferences and goals.
* Adult Habilitation – Provides supports to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in decision-making and independent functioning, according to the unique needs of each individual.
* Personal Care Services – Provides supports to assist individuals with activities of daily living, while providing companionship to acquire, maintain or improve social interaction skills.
* DD Waiver Services – For individuals with developmental disabilities
* Family Living Services – 24-Hour care of an individual with developmental disabilities provided in the home. Care is most often provided by a family member, but can be provided by an approved surrogate care provider.
* Respite Services – Provides short-term relief to caregivers of individuals with developmental delays or disabilities of any age. Senior Services:
* Senior Respite – Provides short-term relief to the caregiver of an eligible senior citizen. Transportation Services – Provides transportation under the New Mexico Department of Transportation Transit and Rail Division, under section 5310, section 5311, and section 5316.
* Z-Trans - Public Transportation
