The parade begins at 10 am in Midtown Ruidoso followed by the festival in Wingfield Park with live music, kids' activities, local vendors, food trucks, and b**r and w**e. Admission is $10 for general admission, $25 with w**e and b**r tasting and a souvenir glass. Kids 12 and under are free!
