Senior Community Outreach Services, Inc. Senior Community Outreach Services, Inc. (SCOS) works to improve the quality of life of older adults in Texas' Rio Grande Valley area.

(SCOS) is a not-for-profit 501(c) (3) organization in Alamo, TX that provides the local community with a range of services to help seniors age independently and in good health. SCOS has been serving the Lower Rio Grande Valley for nearly 40 years at three locations:
