Online Direct Donations Finally Available!!

After months of waiting, online direct donations are finally available and open to the public! The school has set up the MySchoolBucks payment system to now support donations.

How to donate:
1. Open the MySchoolBucks portal (linked below or on the AHS website > Our School > Online Payments and Donations)
2. Create an account if you haven't already (make sure to select Alameda Unified School District as the district when signing up)
3. Go to the MySchoolBucks homepage (once signed in)
4. Click "Store"
5. Scroll down to "Featured Items"
6. Click "ASB Alameda High Junior Class Donations"
7. Donate!

Direct donations are the best and easiest way straight to the Junior Class! We often receive 20-40% of profits from restaurant nights and other fundraisers. In comparison, we get 96% of profits from online direct donation and 100% from direct donation via cash/check!

Pay for school meals and fees securely online! With MySchoolBucks, parents can also view cafeteria purchases, access meal balances, register for activities, purchase event tickets, browse school items, and more.

Hello parents (assuming you are all parents)!

We are very excited to announce that we are selling early bird Junior Prom tickets!

This year, Junior Prom will be held at Canyonview Event Center in San Ramon from 7pm-11pm, and attendees should dress formally. There is more information on the venue and expectations/rules for the prom on the permission slip that every Junior should have received. If they did not, permission slips are available in room A101.

Early bird tickets will be sold from 2/27-3/2 (the week following President’s/Ski week) at “The Hive” for $120 with ASB benefits and $125 without. There is a permission slip for you (parents) to fill out to be turned in with the payment (cash or check). After that week, we won’t be selling tickets until two weeks before junior prom for an increased price. We recommend getting them early for three reasons:

1. To save money.
2. More people buy tickets later, so the earlier you go, the shorter the line is!
3. It will help us pay the final junior prom payment, which will be due early March.
