🎶 WE’RE GROWING THE LEVITT AMP ALACHUA TEAM! 💗

It takes a lot of hands, hearts and behind-the-scenes work to bring FREE live music to our community — and we’re looking for a few great people to step into three separate volunteer leadership positions with the Levitt AMP Alachua Music Series!

📣 MARKETING LEAD

Help us make sure everyone knows what’s happening!

This person will help lead:
• Social media & concert promotion
• Flyers and community outreach
• Press & media communication
• Photography/video coordination
• Sponsor recognition
• Creative ways to grow awareness and attendance

🎪 VENDOR & LOGISTICS LEAD

If you’re organized, dependable and great at keeping lots of moving pieces together, we need you!

This person will help coordinate:
• Vendors & nonprofit participants
• Vendor communication and placement
• Check-in, setup and breakdown
• Site layout and event-day logistics
• Load-in and load-out
• Volunteer needs
• Security coordination
• Entrances, traffic and crowd flow
• Communication with law enforcement, City staff and event partners

🤝 SPONSORSHIP LEAD

Are you a relationship builder who enjoys connecting with local businesses and community partners?

This person will help:
• Identify prospective sponsors
• Reach out to local and regional businesses
• Present sponsorship opportunities
• Build and maintain sponsor relationships
• Secure financial and in-kind support
• Coordinate sponsor benefits and recognition
• Help us grow partnerships that keep Levitt FREE for our community

💗 These are THREE SEPARATE POSITIONS — you don’t have to do it all!

We’re building a stronger team so responsibilities can be shared and each person can focus on the area where they shine.

You don’t have to be an event professional. We’re looking for reliable, community-minded people who communicate well, follow through and want to be part of something that brings Alachua together.
