Our students had the opportunity to participate in a meaningful panel discussion focused on the importance of education, showing up to school every day, making good decisions, and preparing for their future.
The gentlemen shared their own journeys from their elementary school years to where they are today and reminded our students that the choices they make now can help shape the opportunities available to them later.
They also talked about college, scholarships, leadership, opportunities, setting goals, and the importance of getting an education. Most importantly, our students were able to see positive young men who are continuing their education and working toward successful futures.
Thank you for pouring into our students, answering their questions, and showing them what is possible when they stay focused, make good choices, and take their education seriously. Representation and mentorship matter! 💜💛"
