✨ McDonald’s Ladies Leadership Luncheon ✨

Last month, we hosted our 3rd Annual Ladies Leadership Luncheon at McDonald High School, celebrating 19 incredible young women making an impact in their schools and community. 💜

We are excited to continue expanding the work of Limitless Ambition into Trumbull County and creating spaces where young women feel empowered, encouraged, and seen.

A special thank you to our Trumbull County Program Facilitator, Chelsey Palmer, for organizing such a meaningful event, and to our inspiring panelists, Erin Bishop and Maureen A. Drummond, for pouring wisdom into the next generation of leaders.

These young ladies were nominated by their teachers for their leadership and impact — and their future is truly limitless 💫

What an unforgettable afternoon at our 2026 Ladies of Legacy Gala. This year’s theme, Restored for Purpose, reminded us that every experience—every challenge and every victory—helps shape the purpose we are called to walk in. The room was filled with power, grace, and inspiration as we honored women who truly embody that journey.

We are proud to celebrate our 2026 Ladies of Legacy, Candace Tell and Erica Banks—two phenomenal women whose leadership, impact, and commitment to purpose continue to inspire and uplift those around them. Your stories are a powerful reminder of what it means to walk boldly in your calling and leave a lasting legacy.

One of the most powerful moments of the afternoon was hearing directly from our Purposely Chosen teens. Their voices, growth, and vision for their futures are exactly why this work matters. Because of your support, we were also able to award three scholarships—investing in the next generation of young women as they continue to walk confidently in their purpose.

To everyone who attended, supported, and poured into this moment—thank you for helping us continue to empower girls to discover their voice, walk in purpose, and lead with confidence.
