Join Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. – Eta Delta Sigma Akron Alumnae Chapter for our Annual Youth Symposium on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Emmanuel Christian Academy (350 S. Portage Path, Akron, OH) from 10 AM – 2 PM.

The symposium themed “Peace in My Mind; Peace in My World” will focus on mental well-being, self care and personal growth. Students in grades 6-12 are welcome to enjoy food, fun, line dancing, prizes, and dynamic presentations by Dr. Erica Booker and DeJuana Waters-Herald.

Sorors Armstead and Riley dedicated their time yesterday to volunteer at the Community of Christ Church in celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. They helped distribute school supplies, winter coats, and winter accessories to individuals in need.
