This week, we’re reminded of a simple truth: You don’t have to carry it all alone. 🤲

When relationships feel strained, communication is difficult, your schedule feels overwhelming, or emotions become heavy, pause and turn it into prayer.

Bring it all to God - your worries, frustrations, fears, and hopes. Ask for guidance, peace, strength, and protection, and then trust Him with what you cannot control.

Pray consistently. Release what’s weighing you down. Make room for peace.
With grace. 🤍
