We’re proud to highlight Fostering Hope, a 2025 grant recipient made possible through proceeds from the Kaulig Companies Championship and the Ambassador of Golf Celebration presented by the FirstEnergy Foundation.

Thanks to proceeds from the Ambassador of Golf Celebration, Fostering Hope was able to make upgrades and improvements to their volunteer warehouse. Fostering Hope serves youth from birth to age 18 who are navigating the challenges of living in foster care or residential care. Their programs are designed to address the needs of youth in these critical stages, including those in group homes requiring 24-hour supervision and infants and toddlers needing extra care during key developmental years.

Join us in making a positive impact by supporting our events, volunteering, or connect with one of the 60 funded organizations helping us create lasting impact across Northeast Ohio. 💚

A big thank you to everyone who volunteered with the Akron Marathon at the expo and packet pickup and on race day. Your time, energy, and friendly faces helped welcome and support runners throughout their marathon experience.

We’re proud to have volunteers whose generosity reaches beyond tournament week. Thank you for representing NOGCF and helping make events like this possible! 👏

Happy International Coffee Day! ☕

Our volunteers showed up bright and early during tournament week, ready to give their time, energy, and smiles. Crystal Clinic helped them start their mornings with a little caffeine from the coffee trucks—a small treat for the people who do so much. Thank you for all you do! 💚

A 2025 grant recipient. 💚

A huge thank you to Northern Ohio Golf Charities Foundation for their generous funding, which has helped the Land Conservancy purchase a UTV sprayer for our Stewardship team!

The sprayer has quickly become an important tool for routine stewardship activities, helping staff manage vegetation along trails, control weeds in maintained areas, and treat invasive plant species in a variety of habitat types. Its 100-gallon capacity and UTV compatibility allow staff to efficiently access and treat larger and/or more remote areas while reducing the time and labor required for these activities, significantly increasing our capacity for completing habitat restoration and managing land across our parks and preserves.
