One of the enemy's favorite tactics is to convince us that our past defines us. To keep replaying old failures. Old regrets. Old mistakes that God has already forgiven. But the gospel tells a different story. Through Christ, we are not identified by who we were. We are defined by His grace, His mercy, and the new life He offers. Your past may explain part of your story, but it does not determine your future. What Jesus has forgiven, He does not hold over your head. What Jesus has redeemed, He does not shame. And what Jesus has made new, no one can take away. 🙌

So when old accusations try to follow you, remember that God's grace is greater than your worst day and His mercy is stronger than your deepest regret. Forgiveness is one of the hardest things God asks us to do. Not because the hurt wasn't real. Not because the wound didn't leave a mark.
