Happy National Marching arts Day!

National Marching Arts Day is celebrated every March 4 each year. It is also known as Marching Music Day.

This special day honors:

🎶 Marching bands.
🥁 Drum and Bell corps.
🎺 Brass and percussion musicians.
💃 Majorettes and color guards.

🎼 Bandmasters and music educators

The date March 4 is symbolic because it sounds like “march forth,” which represents moving forward with discipline, passion, and excellence values deeply rooted in the marching arts.

Update from one of our auction item winners, they got the Ohio lottery tickets, and they said they won $1,156.
There were 975 $1 and $2 tickets in the container they won!! CONGRATS!!

The Chapparells Baton & Drum Corps is a long-standing youth performing arts organization with more than 50 years of tradition, bringing together baton twirling, color guard, and percussion. Based in Akron, Ohio, the Chapparells proudly travels and performs across multiple states and beyond.

To be a member of the Chapparells, guardian participation is required, it is extremely low-cost, and you do not need to have any prior experience.
