Due to work and home schedules we have openings for Commander and Vice Commander of the Sons of the American Legion - Squadron 900. All other positions are filled. If you'd like to be more involved please consider stepping up to help us out.

If you're interested in helping out a few Akron Central High School students (and maybe winning a few dollars) we've begun our cash raffle. Proceeds to go towards our scholarships. The L.L. Tillman post has tickets as do our members.

After a summer off we're back! First meeting of the fall is the 20th at 6:30 pm at the L.L. Tillman Post. If you're thinking about becoming a member please get in touch. All you need is a copy of a DD214 from a paternal ancestor and an application.

Thank you so much for everyones help - the barbeque went super smooth and it was fun to work with all of you! Thanks to the LL Tillman post and a HUGE thank you to the community for supporting us - the money we raised will go towards our Akron High School scholarships.
