Fundraising Competition Ends: Thursday, September 3rd

The Top Two Fundraising Teams nationally, based on total donations made by Thursday, September 3rd at 11:59pm Eastern will receive:
- Recognition of the team and tribute to their loved one on the CJD Foundation website.
- Recognition of the team, tribute to their loved one, and a memorial award to be presented at the CJD Foundation Annual Family Conference in Chicago, IL in July 2027.
- One free conference registration, one hotel room, and conference meals for a representative of the team to receive the memorial award for fundraising at the 2027 CJD Foundation Annual Family Conference (travel expenses not included.)
- Recognition of the team on social media.
- A page (“quilt square”) on CJD Foundation Memory Quilt.

The Top Team at each event location, based on total donations made by Thursday, September 3rd at 11:59pm Eastern (minimum of $1,000.00) will receive special recognition at their event.

Thank you to all who have been part of Strides for CJD in the past. Because of supporters like you, we continue to honor loved ones, support families and move research forward.

It promises to be another meaningful day of remembrance, connection, and hope. We hope you’ll join us again and help make this year’s event our strongest yet.

Here are a few deadlines to keep in mind:
1. T-Shirt Deadline: Register by tomorrow, August 19th at 11:59pm ET to be guaranteed a free Strides for CJD t-shirt with your registration.
2. Fundraising Competition Deadline: The team fundraising competition ends on Thursday, September 3rd at 11:59pm ET.
3. Early Bird Registration Deadline: Adults can register for $30.00 and youth 12 & under can register for $20.00 now thru Thursday, September 10th at 11:59pm ET. Registration costs will increase by $5.00 on 9/11/26.

We're two months away from Strides for CJD! Register and update your fundraising page - After you register, you will have a fundraising page that is customizable to help you tell your story about why your friends, family, and coworkers should get involved.

Supporters can choose to:
1. Join your team as a fundraising participant -- As a fundraising participant, they would receive a personal fundraising page as a member of your team
2. Join your team as a non-fundraising participant
3. Donate to your team

You’ll want to customize your team fundraising page before reaching out to your network to let them know why they should support you and Strides for CJD!

Team Fundraising Deadline: Sunday, August 9th at 11:59pm ET:
Teams who raise $1,000 by the team fundraising deadline will have their loved one's name listed on participant t-shirts.

Sponsorship Deadline: Sunday, August 9th at 11:59pm ET:
- Premier: $20,000 - Name (individual) or logo (company) displayed on participant t-shirts, our website, and signage.
- Diamond $10,000 - Name (individual) or logo (company) displayed on participant t-shirts, our website, and signage.
- Platinum $5,000 - Name (individual) or logo (company) displayed on participant t-shirts and our website, and signage.
- Gold $1,000 - Name listed on participant t-shirts and our website.
- Silver $500 - Name listed on our website.
- Bronze $250 - Name listed on our website.

SPONSORSHIP DEADLINE: Premier, Diamond and Platinum Sponsors who donate by this date will have their name (individual) or logo (company) displayed on participant t-shirts. Gold Sponsors will have their name (not their logo) listed on participant T-shirts. Sponsors who donate after this date will have their name or logo displayed on the Strides for CJD website only.
