Remembering Laura Jacobson on Her Birthday

Today, we remember and honor our founder, Laura Jacobson, on her birthday.

By Jerry’s and Laura’s vision and dedication, the Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum became a reality and created a lasting place for the preservation of steam railroad history.

Though she’s no longer with us, her legacy continues through the Roundhouse, our collection and the countless visitors who experience her vision each year.

Happy birthday, Laura. Your legacy continues at the Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum.
