at 290 Darrow Rd, Akron. 8pm.

ARRC is a group of Railfans, Photographers, and others with general interest in Railroading, and Railroading / Traction, History & Preservation.

All aboard a piece of Barberton industrial history! The Akron Barberton Belt Railroad was a vital connector in our region's industrial era, linking Akron and Barberton and keeping our local economy moving. This snapshot captures the workers who kept the trains running and the community thriving.

Steam Railroading Institute announced on August 13 that they would not be able to move the locomotive to Virginia for a series of fall foliage excursions.

Join the Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum for Touch-a-Truck, Touch-a-Train on August 1st from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. Experience vehicles of all sizes and shapes in ways they most likely have not experienced before. Police, fire, and other emergency vehicles will be joined by semi-tractors, farm tractors, and everything in between.
