🐾 A warm welcome to our newest volunteer, Jay, and his four-legged sidekick, Cooper!

This week, Jay and Cooper stopped by Grace House to spend time with our residents, and it's safe to say Cooper made quite a few new friends. From wagging tails to warm smiles, visits like these remind us that comfort often comes in the simplest forms.

We're so grateful to have volunteers like Jay who share their time, kindness, and even their furry companions with our Grace House family.

💙 Today we're proud to celebrate Omega Home Network Day!

We're honored to be part of a growing network of 116 organizations working to ensure that people facing the end of life have access to compassionate, home-like care and the support they deserve.

Being part of Omega Home Network means we're connected to a community of peers who share ideas, encourage one another and work together to strengthen Social Model Hospice homes across the country. Through mentorship, education and collaboration, we're building something much bigger than any one organization; we're helping create a future where every community has a place for people to live fully and die well.
