HER TIME TO PLAY

Her Time To Play is a national grassroots initiative developed by the NBA and WNBA to inspire girls ages 7-14 to play basketball in a positive and healthy way.

Location for both tryouts:

Tryout fee is $10 per player(cash)
**Any player who attends the first tryout does not have to pay to attend the second tryout**

If selected to play for Summit Shock the team fee will be $350 per player.
$175 will be due at the first practice in March and the final $175 will be due the day of our first tournament in April
Included in team fees:
Reversible jerseys
Gym rental for practices and scrimmages
Tourney Fees

Practice Schedule will be together by the final tryout. We are working with 2 gyms between North Canton and Green to get us scheduled. We will practice 2-3 days a week up until our first tourney then we will go to 1-2 practices a week depending on school schedules and our tourney schedule.

* Stared tourney depends on our record. If we do not qualify for the tournament we will choose another tournament. We will know if we qualify or not after our first 2 tourneys.

We would like to play in an out of state tourney but will discuss this with parents at the parent meeting. We would like all players to be available for this and want families to be able to plan and attend. We will have a list of Tourneys to choose from and we will hold a shoot-a-thon for the girls to raise money for tourney fee and rooms for the team.
