Medals followers check this out ! After our reverse raffle event we had at the South Akron Orioles Nest 167 we gathered $1,600 worth of cash and donations. Medals added to the amount collected. We went to Pets Supplies Plus and picked up $3,000 worth of pet supplies we donated to One Of A Kind Pets! Please see the pics attached! Thank you to all those who supported this event from the Orioles ! Love to you all!

Hello Medals followers ! Please see the photos below of our next pet food donation. These items were purchased from the proceeds from our rubber duck race called Release The Quacken ! We will deliver this donation of over $1,100 dollars worth of product to One Of A Kind Pets pet rescue on Monday September 15th. Thank you to the South Akron Orioles Nest #167 for allowing us to host this event. Also a BIG thank you to everyone who helped with the set up and breakdown. Thank you to all the racers who registered as well. We could not do this without you! Stay tuned for our next event !

Hello to all you Medals On The Wall followers ! We have launched our next event called Release The Quacken! What is that you ask ? Well it’s a rubber duck race at the Orioles Nest 167. Details are below. YOU DO need to be present on race day. So lets get you a duck registered for a chance at some cash prize money! Our Venmo will be in the comments section. Reach out to us for other forms of entery fee payment. You may also enter more than one duck too!

Medals On The Wall would like to give a HUGE shout out to all of those who supported us at Paradigm Shift a little over a week ago. We got to meet some new friendly faces at Operation Pawsome 4 ! We can’t thank you enough. Also welcome to our page as new followers! Today I went to Pet Supplies Plus and purchased $500 dollars in much needed dog and cat food. Along with the items donated at the drive I’d say we are right around $700 worth of product. Those items will be delivered to the Stark County Humaine Society on Thursday. We will also be donating another emergency pet rescue kit to a local fire station that needs it . If anyone out there knows of one in need please reach out to us. We will get it to them right away. In the meantime I will make some phone calls myself. Thank you all again for a successful event ! Our rubber duck race RELEASE THE QUACKIN will be our next event on September 13th! Stay tuned for the flyer ! Thank you to Paradigm Shift once again for having us! Much love to you all !

Today is the day at Paradigm Shift ! Come and join us for Operation Pawsome 4 ! We are collecting much needed pet supplies from wet and dry food to copier paper and bleach. We are also collecting funds for pet emergency rescue resuscitation kits. These kits help save pets lives when rescued in home fires. If you can’make it out today our Venmo QR code will be in the comments section of this post for any monetary donations. Thank you all ! We hope to see you soon at 1 pm !

Firecracker 5K racers and sponsors here is an update on our race. After race expenses Medals presented Chief Springer from Sebring Fire with a check made out to Mahoning County firefighters Association for $1,400 dollars. We also presented Chief Springer with another pet resuscitation rescue kit, along with the leftover T-shirts from the race. The assocation will sell those at a golf outing for even more proceeds to give towards Mahoning County firefighter Association. Thank you all for your support !

Good morning racers ! It’s the day before The Firecracker 5 K ! There has been a route change from what we originally planned. This is due to the safety of that first course. It was a hot mess! A detailed map will be included in your race packet. We will go over it before the race starts. Don’t forget packet pick up starts at 8:00 AM on raceday. You still have a chance to get register registered if you have not done so already. We will see you tomorrow morning everyone !

ATTENTION FIRECRACKER 5 K RACERS ! It is race week! Packet pickup day will be starting at 8 am on race day at the Medals On The Wall tent placed by the Start and Finish line area. Racers that registered with us will receive your race shirt and bib with safety pins. The medals will be passed out as you cross the finish line. We have a small amount of racers so we won’t be assigning waves. Runners line up first. Than joggers and walkers may fall in line after that. If you haven’t registered yet, you may still do so even up to race day. However, remaining shirts will be limited so your size cannot be promised. If you’re not up for racing, there will be a small amount of shirts for purchase as well. We will see you all on race day. Any questions feel free to reach out to us thank you.
