We’re only two days away from the start of Firelands School of Ministry, and there’s still time to join us!

This fall, we’re setting our sights on three things:

1️⃣ Increase biblical literacy.
We want to be a church that follows the Son—where the Word becomes flesh and dwells among us. We want to know Scripture, understand it, and build our lives upon it.

2️⃣ Get rooted in sound theology.
Theology is the study of God, and our pursuit begins with Him. We’re becoming a Christocentric people who understand the knowledge of the Holy.

3️⃣ Move from information to demonstration.
Truth was always meant to become a way of life. We want what we believe to transform our marriages, our families, our work, our decisions, and the way we represent Jesus in the world.

This is Tactical Theology: Truth for Everyday Life.

We begin this Wednesday. If you’ve been considering FSM, this is the moment to dive in. Give yourself a year to know His Word, know Him more deeply, and learn to live what you believe! 📖❤️‍🔥

Discipleship was never meant to stop with us.

For Bryan, FSM has been an experience of intentional discipleship unlike anything he had known before—a place of both conviction and inspiration that has shaped the way he follows Jesus, loves his wife, parents his children, and leads his home.

That is the heart of Firelands School of Ministry. We want to equip the whole family. We believe what God forms in one generation should become an inheritance for the next. Our desire is to see homes strengthened, marriages transformed, children discipled, and entire families learning to walk in the ways of Jesus together.

We are just FIVE DAYS away from the start of class! This year’s theme is Tactical Theology: Truth for Everyday Life—a year devoted to knowing what we believe, understanding why we believe it, and learning how to carry truth beyond the classroom.

Class begins Wednesday, September 2nd, and there is still time to register and join us! We cannot wait to see what God does in our students and families this year. Come be a part of it!

We are just ONE WEEK away from the start of Firelands School of Ministry, and we are so excited to introduce the guest speakers joining our Firelands teaching team this fall!

This year, we’re stepping into Tactical Theology: Truth for Everyday Life. Our heart is to increase biblical literacy, build a lifestyle shaped by sound theology, and learn how to practically apply and demonstrate what we believe.

And we have some incredible voices joining us to deepen our understanding, sharpen our discernment, and equip us to live the truth of Scripture with conviction in everyday life.

BENJAMIN DEITRICK
Author, pastor, and global prophetic voice with a heart to equip the Church in biblical truth and prepare believers for the return of the King.

RACHEL BECK
Counselor and wellness practitioner carrying a wealth of wisdom in emotional health, wholeness, motherhood, marriage, family, strategic stewardship, and cultivating a healthy life with Jesus.

KEVIN KAZEMI
Pastor and missionary originally from Iran whose story and ministry carry a powerful testimony of the gospel, the nations, and a life transformed by the presence of Jesus.

We cannot wait for the conversations, teaching, encounters, questions, growth, and everything else this year will hold.

We exist to host God’s presence corporately and encounter Him daily. And the spiritual disciplines teach us how to build a life that can sustain both.

Prayer. Fasting. Meditation. Study. Service. These are not religious obligations, but biblical rhythms that continually bring our hearts back to Jesus—making room for His presence, forming us into His likeness, and teaching us to live from intimacy with Him.

We’re only a few weeks into our series on the Spiritual Disciplines, with so much still ahead of us. Our prayer is that we wouldn’t simply learn the disciplines, but practice them until seeking Jesus becomes the rhythm of our lives.

“Remain in me, as I also remain in you” (John 15:4).

What we host together on Sundays is meant to overflow from what we cultivate with Him every day.

This past Sunday, Pastor Joe reminded us that Jesus didn’t leave us wondering how to pray. He gave us a model.

The Lord’s Prayer is an invitation to draw near—to know the heart of the Father and allow His heart to shape ours. We come as children, seek His Kingdom, surrender to His will, depend on Him daily, keep our hearts tender through repentance and forgiveness, and remain close to the Shepherd.

This is the life of prayer and intercession: ministering to the Lord, listening for what is on His heart, and coming into agreement with Him until His desires become our desires and His prayers become our prayers.

Your Kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

May we be a house that stays near to Him.

A generation prepared to change the world begins with young people who are taught how to follow Jesus now.

At just 15 years old, Isaac’s already taking what he received through Firelands School of Ministry and giving it away. He’s gathering his peers, creating space for worship and prayer, initiating conversations about Jesus, and learning what it means to disciple others with courage.

This is why we believe so deeply in equipping the next generation. We’re raising the future leaders of the Church, but we also refuse to overlook what God wants to do through them right now. Young people are capable of knowing His presence, understanding His Word, hearing His voice, and carrying Jesus into their schools, friendships, families, and communities.

We want to raise world changers. Leaders. Sons and daughters who understand the times they’re living in and know their place in God’s eternal storyline. A generation that isn’t bound by the fears of the past, but is living with faith for the future—grounded in Scripture, formed in the presence of God, and unafraid to lead their peers toward Jesus.

Our fall semester begins September 2. If you want to grow deeper in the Word, the presence of God, and practical discipleship—and equip your family to do the same—we’d love to have you join us.

There comes a point when inspiration isn’t enough. You want to understand Scripture for yourself, know what you believe and why, and build a faith that shapes the way you actually live.

That’s why Firelands School of Ministry exists.

This year, we’re diving into Tactical Theology: Truth for Everyday Life—a year of biblical teaching, Spirit-led ministry, and authentic community designed to move truth beyond information into lasting formation.

We believe the whole family should grow together. Kingdom Kids provides intentional discipleship for your children, helping them grow in His presence right alongside you.

There is something beautiful about watching a life surrendered to Jesus.

Marsha Miller testimony is a beautiful picture of what happens when someone says yes to Jesus and allows Him to do the deep work that only He can. We’re so grateful for her willingness to share her story and encourage others with what the Lord has done in her life.
