Hudson’s best friend, Marco, lost his dad six years ago.

When he heard we were preparing Father’s Day kites and notes, he asked if he could write messages for Hudson and Grayson, too.

Watching these boys support one another through something so difficult is a beautiful reminder that grief can feel a little lighter when it’s shared.

Hey Everyone!!!

It’s Hudson & Grayson! We had so much fun outside today sharing our story and mission with Channel 3.

We always get excited when we have the opportunity to share what Kites for Kids is all about and connect with others in the community.

Mom even joined us outside, and we had an awesome time flying kites together!

When you send someone a kite, this is the exact one they’ll receive. They can write a special message to the loved one they’re missing and keep the kite forever—something they can fly on any day they need a little extra love and connection.

Did you know sending a kite is completely free? All you have to do is visit our website and nominate someone who could use a lift.
