Last night’s dinner was epic. Private catered meal for Tiffany and Stan Manolakis with original recipes by included creatively designed charcuterie with his twist on maple bacon crack…cauliflower parmesan soup with olive oil drizzle and nutmeg sprinkle … fall salad with kale and mesclun mix, roasted apples and butternut squash, goat cheese, candied pecans and homemade apple cider vinaigrette … Chef John’s signature chicken paprikash with gnocchi… and two desserts including pumpkin crème brûlée and jalapeño-apple crisp with vanilla bean ice cream. Recipes featured products from Atlantic Food Distributors. Thanks to Stan and Tiffany for your generous donation to Feed Your Neighbors and supporting those who are food insecure. ☮️💚🍕
