Aitkin County TRIAD "Making communities safer for seniors" is our mission statement. Our group meets monthly with three educational programs each year.

Aitkin County TRIAD invites you to an AI Presentation on Tuesday, May 19th, 2026 at the Fireside Inn located at 415 Meadow Drive in McGregor, MN. A free light lunch will be served following the presentation at noon. The speaker is Joe Simenstad, McGregor School Tech Supervisor. The regular TRIAD meeting is at 10 am, presentation at 11 am and lunch at noon. Reservations for lunch are strongly encouraged. Contact Shirley Scollard at 228-426-3527 by May 12th to reserve your lunch.

Aitkin County TRIAD will meet on Tuesday, November 18th at 10 am at the Malmo Evangelical Free Church located at 21927 -322nd Ave, Isle, MN. We’ll be discussing new topics for 2026, so bring your ideas with you. We also have new pink medication cards to distribute. Hope to see you there.

Aitkin County TRIAD will meet on Tuesday. October 21st at 10 am at St. James Catholic Church located at 299 Red Oak Dr. in Aitkin. The program
on Fire Safety at 11 am will be given by Aitkin Fire Chief Brian Pisarek. A FREE lunch will follow the program. Reservation for lunch are encouraged by contacting Randy Stauter at 218-838-1981 by Friday, October 17th.

Aitkin County TRIAD will meet on Tuesday, August 19th at 10 am at the Tamarack SnoFlyers building at 195 Main Street North in Tanarack. At 11 am Nick Anderson and Sheryl Cook from Aitkin County Health & Human Services will speak on scams and ID theft. The September meeting has been canceled due to the TRIAD State Conference in Grand Rapids being held at the same time. For more information contact Randy Stauter at 218-838-1981.

Aitkin County TRIAD will meet on Tuesday, July 15th at 10 am at the CARE office located at the Birch Street Center, 20 3rd Street NE in Aitkin. Aitkin County TRIAD invites you to come to the Fireside Restaurant in McGregor (Hwys 210 & 65), on Tuesday, May 20th at 11 am when local funeral director Jerry Thompson will present “Funeral Preparation 101”.
