Today, The Gifting Tree Foundation generously presented a $7,500 donation to the Rotary Club of Aiken in support of our Scholarship Program.

We are incredibly grateful for their continued commitment to education and for investing in the future of students in our community. This meaningful contribution will help us provide greater opportunities and make a lasting impact through our scholarship efforts.

The Gifting Tree Foundation has awarded scholarships to five veterans attending USCA as part of our annual Heroes Breakfast. They were selected from a group of applicants as a thank you for their distinguished military service, while they study at USCA to pursue new careers. We were also pleased to recognize our “boots on the ground” partners, the nonprofit agencies we have supported through our grant program. To date, we have given over $525,000 to address unmet needs in our community. They are all heroes!

The Gifting Tree Foundation was recognized by the Teen After School Center for our support at their Resilience Gala. We were honored for empowering these wonderful young men and women with our financial support for furniture and electronic equipment over the last few years. Congratulations to Christopher Emmanuel and the TASC team for leading these teens to understand how to make good choices for healthy and successful futures.

Today, Hammond Hills Elementary experienced a unique opportunity, as 122 third-grade students received books of their choice from the book fair, courtesy of the Gifting Tree Foundation's partnership with Public Education Partners. This initiative fosters literacy in every household, regardless of economic means. The program is set to continue this fall, extending to all public elementary schools in Aiken County.

We are pleased to have gifted the Salvation Army with $10,000 this month for shelter operations. This is another example of how we plant seeds of hope throughout our community.

We are deeply grateful to the The Gifting Tree Foundation for their generous partnership and support of our Red Shield Emergency Solutions Shelter here in Aiken.

Each year, this shelter provides a safe haven and a path forward for over 700 individuals—including men, women, and children—facing the crisis of homelessness. Thanks to community partners like the Gifting Tree Foundation, we are able to serve more than 40,000 meals and offer over 10,000 nights of shelter annually to those in need.

Your support changes lives. 💙

Sixty Millbrook Elementary teachers and aides were delightfully surprised this morning when Jennifer Minolfo announced that each would receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card. As an educator, Jennifer Minolfo is well aware of the out-of-pocket expenses her peers incur to provide necessary supplies for their students. Since 2019, we have selected one elementary school to thank teachers and aides for their dedication to providing a high-quality education to our youngest citizens with respect, love and care.

We are proud to support Successteam as they mentor young people to make positive choices in their lives. For ten years, Tim Behling has made a difference in our community, and we are proud to partner with him by giving $5,000 towards the Successteam Scholarship Program for 2025.

This year we gave $10,000 to ACTS for heaters, fans, and utility assistance for their clients. This photo is a throwback to 2019 when we gave our very first donation to ACTS to purchase heaters. We have grown this program every year since then to provide life-saving comfort to those who can’t afford to properly protect themselves from extreme weather exposure.
