Royal Aikenites The Royal Aikenites was founded in 1928, when African American Aikenites joined together monthly to discuss contemporary issues and current events.

The Royal Aikenites was founded in 1928. The original idea or mission of the organization was for African American Aikenites to meet monthly and discuss contemporary issues and current events over dinner at each other's residence (as there was actually no place for African American leaders to gather strictly for social purposes). The organization and their activities have evolved over t

he years to include "The Royal Aikenites Scholarship Gala”,
which provides funding for the college students.

Before you head out, here are a few quick reminders:

🔵Everyone must enter through the entrance marked BLUE GATE. Additional instructions will be provided there upon arrival. (146 Old Wagener Rd)

⏰Gates open at 5. Show starts at 6.

Here’s what to bring based on your ticket type:
🎟️ General Admission:
• Bring your own refreshments or enjoy food & drinks from our vendors
• No tables allowed, but feel free to bring chairs, blankets, etc.

🎟️ Squares:
• Bring your own refreshments or enjoy food & drinks from our vendors
• Bring your own table, chairs, coolers, accessories, etc.

🎟️ Wicker Sets:
• Bring your own refreshments or enjoy food & drinks from our vendors
• No table or chairs needed — those are included in your package.

🎪 VIP Pavilion Ticket Includes:
• Individual or full table seating under the large pavilion
• Food & drink tickets (while supplies last)

🎪 VIP Tent Includes:
• 10x20 tent, 2 tables, high top table & chairs
• Food & drink tickets (while supplies last)

🚫 No tents
🚫 No grills

🌧 Event is rain or shine! We encourage guests to bring ponchos or raincoats just in case — because no matter the weather, the party must go on!

We also encourage supporting our vendors for convenience and less setup/cleanup.
