A Maryland-based FEI 5* rider, trainer, and FEI Level III judge, Valerie has represented the USA as both a judge and athlete at some of the world’s most prestigious eventing competitions, including Burghley Horse Trials, the Kentucky Three-Day Event, the Maryland 5 Star, the European Championships, Morven Park International, and many others.

Join us in welcoming Natalie Kraus to the SCES family!
An accomplished eventer turned jumper, Natalie is quickly making her mark in the sport. She was named a USEA Inaugural Emerging Athlete U21 in 2022 and earned Gold with the USHJA Zone Jumper Team in 2025 in the 1.20m/1.25m Amateur division.
Keep an eye out for this up-and-coming rider!
