Dear Athletes, Coaches, Parents, and Supporters,

Thank you for attending the 2025 USATF South Carolina Association Junior Olympic Cross Country Championships on November 8, 2025. We are truly grateful for your participation, support, and commitment to making this event an outstanding success.

A special thank you to Palmetto Track and Field Club for mapping out the course and preparing it for competition. Your hard work and partnership were instrumental in creating a smooth and enjoyable meet experience for all.

2025 USATF Region 4 Junior Olympic Cross Country Championships!

Please note: Athletes must have participated in the Association Championships in order to be eligible for the Regional Championships.

Final Reminder: USATF South Carolina Junior Olympic Cross Country Championship Registration Closes Tomorrow!

The registration deadline for the 2025 USATF South Carolina Junior Olympic Cross Country Championship is tomorrow, Monday, November 3, 2025, at midnight.

We understand that, with the new membership purchase date and birth certificate verification rule, some athletes’ birth certificates may still be pending approval from USATF headquarters. If your athlete’s membership is purchased and their birth certificate is uploaded to their USATF account before registration closes, we will work with those athletes to complete their registration for the race.

All race details, including schedule, course maps, and venue information, are available at www.usatfsc.org
We look forward to seeing everyone this weekend in Aiken, SC for another great championship meet!

Location:
Knights of Columbus, Columbia, SC
Format: Hybrid (In-person & virtual)

Elections:

Elections will be held for five (5) officer positions.

Eligibility to Participate & Vote:

Must be 18 years or older

Must have a current USATF membership

New 2025 memberships must be purchased at least 30 days before the meeting (by August 14, 2025)

Registration Deadline to Attend & Vote:
Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 11:59 PM

Due to the forecasted inclement weather, we will be moving to a rolling schedule for tomorrow’s events.

All morning running and field events will begin at their originally scheduled times. However, please be prepared for adjustments throughout the day, since we will move efficiently from one event to the next without any breaks.

Athletes, coaches, and spectators, please listen closely for announcements and ensure you arrive early for your events.
