What an incredible few days representing Aguilar FFA at State Convention! 🌾✨

Our members learned from inspiring speakers, including keynote speaker Dave Roever and the National FFA President, whose messages challenged us to lead with purpose and perseverance.

We competed, connected, and made memories through volleyball, co****le, the career show, leadership workshops, and even a hypnosis show. 🏐🌽✨

A special shoutout to Khloee Avila, Trevor Gulley, Aaden Rodriguez, and Caiden Gomez, who represented Aguilar FFA as delegates and helped shape the future of our organization through the delegate process.

We were also proud to cheer on Samuel Marquez as he received his Colorado FFA State Degreeβ€”the highest honor awarded by the Colorado FFA Association. Sam’s hard work, dedication, and commitment to agriculture and FFA have truly paid off. 🌟

To top it all off, we listened to State Vice President retiring address and felt incredibly honored when she mentioned our small chapter in her message. It was a reminder that no matter our size, Aguilar FFA is making an impact and that the relationships built through FFA truly matter.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this convention possible. We are returned home inspired, motivated, and excited for what lies ahead. πŸ’™πŸ’›

A huge thank-you to Arica Andreatta, owner of Code of the West Real Estate, for providing an amazing breakfast bar for our staff on the final day of Teacher Appreciation Week! ✨

From delicious breakfast burritos to pastries and fresh fruit πŸ“πŸ₯πŸŒ―, everything was wonderful and helped our teachers end the week feeling appreciated and cared for.

Our FFA members spent time putting together special gifts for the amazing teachers in our school ✨ From cups, pens, and all the cute teacher goodies β˜•πŸ–ŠοΈ to heartfelt handwritten notes signed by our members, every gift was made to show just how much we appreciate everything our teachers do each day.

We are so lucky to have teachers who support, encourage, and care for our students, and this was just a small way for us to say THANK YOU πŸ’›πŸŒΎ

What a week it’s been for Aguilar FFA! 🌾✨
We kicked things off in Lamar on Wednesday, competing and getting into that contest mindset before hitting the road to Texas.

From there, it was early mornings, long bus rides, and big experiences, touring West Texas A&M, competing in Agronomy, Farm Business Management, and Ag Mechanics, and finishing strong at Clarendon College. οΏΌ

Between contests, team prep, and a few good meals along the way, our students represented Aguilar with pride, determination, and grit every step of the trip. πŸ’ͺπŸ’™

These trips are about more than just competing. They’re about growth, teamwork, and building confidence in the next generation of leaders. Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. 🌟
