Today and every day, we celebrate the power of movement for mental health. 🌸

Dance has a unique ability to:
💭 Create space for emotions
🌿 Build resilience
👥 Foster community and connection
🫶 Help every person feel truly seen and supported

On World Mental Health Day let's commit to keeping those spaces open, welcoming and full of joy for every person who needs them. 🩰✨

It happens more often than you might think 🌟

When you see your child light up in class, make a new friend, nail a move they been working on, or simply walk out of the studio more themselves than when they walked in.

That is the moment so many of our families describe and it is exactly what we work to create every single day at Ballet For All Kids.

If you have been thinking about signing your child up, this is your sign. 🩰💕
