We are here to help give the voiceless a voice.
P.A.L. is a volunteer group working to promote the welfare of animals and safeguard the rights of responsible animal owners in Northwest Missouri. We are also working to educate citizens and assist low-income animal owners.
We are currently catching ferals and strays and spaying/neutering them. Doing this will help reduce over-population as well as reduce the number of animals in shelters. It is our goal to one day have a TNR program set up in Northwest Missouri.
