Agawam is working towards making our community "Dementia Friendly". This initiative was created by members and leaders who live and work in the Agawam Community. Through spreading awareness, creating community events, and supporting our community members at large, we hope to create a community that embraces individuals with a diagnosis of Dementia and remove the stigma that can be associated with
